Dominique has a significant experience of 15 years as an in-house lawyer with a strong knowhow of IP/IT risk management in international groups. Dominique founded Ubiquity Avocats in 2018. She has developed a specific experience in negotiating major and/or complex IT contracts. Her operational and practical approach provides her an undeniable advantage in strategic support to top management teams. Dominique speaks French, English and German.

Coline joined the team in September 2020 as an attorney at law. Coline has developed a specific competence in data protection law. She works in close relationship with DPOs and security teams, and has gathered a key experience in handling GDPR issues from an operational standpoint. Coline advises French and foreign companies. She has also acquired a solid experience in drafting, negotiating IT contracts.

Selen joined the Ubiquity Avocats team in September 2025 for her first collaboration. She has two years of professional experience gained in law firms (Fieldfisher, Taylor Wessing, and Valmy Avocats) and in-house (Christian Dior Couture). She assists and advises French and international clients on all issues related to intellectual property law and personal data protection. Her background enables her to approach legal issues with a rigorous yet pragmatic approach, tailored to the operational needs of businesses.

Maryam joined the Ubiquity Avocats team in January 2026 as a trainee lawyer (EFB). She gained her initial professional experience working for institutions and organizations involved in digital law and personal data protection, notably at the Digital Commission of the Paris Bar Association, where she worked directly with the DPO, and in the Research and Innovation department of AFNOR, working on digital issues. Within the firm, she supports the teams on cases relating to digital law and personal data protection.
