Dominique Isel
Dominique has a significant experience of 15 years as an in-house lawyer with a strong knowhow of IP/IT risk management in international groups. Dominique founded Ubiquity Avocats in 2018. She has developed a specific experience in negotiating major and/or complex IT contracts. Her operational and practical approach provides her an undeniable advantage in strategic support to top management teams. Dominique speaks French, English and German.

Coline joined the team in September 2020 as an attorney at law. Coline has developed a specific competence in data protection law. She works in close relationship with DPOs and security teams, and has gathered a key experience in handling GDPR issues from an operational standpoint. Coline advises French and foreign companies. She has also acquired a solid experience in drafting, negotiating IT contracts.

Héloïse Suard

Héloïse joined the Ubiquity Avocats team in November 2023. After a 4-year experience in a company (Accenture) and in a law firm (We Are Bold), Héloïse has has developed a solid expertise on data privacy issues. After 3 years working closely with startups, Héloïse has learned to work with various operational staff to conduct GDPR compliance operations. Her responsabilities have also led her to support clients during contract negotiations or due diligence.

Marion Ganswindt

Marion joined the team in July 2022 as part of her Masters in Intellectual Property. Her experience in a law firm specialised in Intellectual Property has enabled her to acquire a wide range of knowledge in this field. She has also followed several training courses in personal data protection, which gave her an overview of the issues at stake in this field.
