The website https://ubiquity-avocats.com (hereinafter the “Website”) is published by Ubiquity Avocats, a French SELAS (“Société d’Exercice Libéral par Actions Simplifiée”), registered at the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 837 868 025, with a share capital of 1,000 Euros, with registered offices at 25 rue de Lübeck, 75116 Paris, France.
Ubiquity Avocats is a law firm specialized in IP/IT, registered at the Paris Bar Association, France. The lawyers, attorneys at law and interns who are members of the law firm are subject to the rules of procedure of the Paris Bar as well as to the national rules of procedure and regulations applicable to attorneys at law in France.

2. Intellectual Property
The User acknowledges that the Website (in its entirety) as well as each and all elements of its “Content” (i.e., e.g., texts, articles, information, photographs, videos, images, illustrations, data including personal data, software, trademarks, logos), are protected by intellectual property rights in particular copyrights and trademark rights belonging to Ubiquity Avocats or licensed to Ubiquity Avocats by third parties.
The User is authorized to download documents that are made available free of charge via the Website, in the form of electronic files, and which are specifically identified as being available for downloading.
The User is responsible for the use it makes of such documents and undertakes to limit such use to personal use and to refrain from distributing such documents to any third parties or re-exploiting or re-using them, in whole or in part, without Ubiquity Avocats’ prior written approval.
Except as provided above, the User is not authorized to:
